    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Paraprofessional

    Location: Westchester, NY | In-Home ABA Therapy 
    Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 hourly

    Position Overview;

    As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans designed to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
    • Implement treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
    • Collect and record session data and notes within 24 hours (Rethink platform)
    • Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the clinical team
    • Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers
    • Participate in training and supervision

    Qualifications;

    • Active RBT certification (required)
    • Minimum 6 months experience working with children (ABA preferred)
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
