Title: Paraprofessional
Location: Red Wing, MN
Pay Rate: $22-25/ hour

As a K-12 Paraprofessional in Red Wing, MN, your days will include providing direct student care such as: 

• Provide one-on-one or small-group instructional support.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed.
• Assist students with personal care or mobility if needed.
• Support classroom management and reinforce teacher instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and behavior.

Job Details

• Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
• Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
• Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some districts require an Associate’s degree or passing of a Paraprofessional exam.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to follow IEPs and behavior plan
