Paraprofessional Support Aide

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and energetic Paraprofessionals to join our educational team for the upcoming school year. In this role, you will work alongside certified teachers to support students across general education classrooms and special education programs.

Key responsibilites could be:

• Assisting individuals or small groups of students with academic tasks, reinforce learning concepts introduced by the lead teacher, and help keep students focused and engaged.
• Providing targeted support for students with diverse learning needs in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 Plans.
• Helping implement modifications or adapted materials for students requiring extra academic, behavioral, or physical support.
• Supervise students during non-instructional times, such as arrival/dismissal, recess, hallway transitions, and lunch.
• Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured environment. Assist in modeling and promoting positive student behaviors.
