Job Overview
The Paraprofessional Technician provides vital applied behavior analytic (ABA) services for patients diagnosed with developmental disabilities, pediatric feeding disorders, or other behavioral diagnoses. Operating under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Psychologist within the RUCARES program at Children's Specialized Hospital, this professional assists with patient assessments and treatment program implementation. The role balances direct clinical care with auxiliary program support, helping to organize data collection systems, support clinical research, and train caregivers to foster patient progress.
