Parcel Processor

Start your new career as a Parcel Processor with MAU at our client in Covington, GA. As a Parcel Processor, you will ensure timely and accurate processing, sorting, and shipment of parcels to support fast, reliable delivery to customers. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering the potential for full-time employment directly with the client based on performance and business needs.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or postal environments is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced setting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills for weighing and calculating postage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with RF scanners and forklifts

What You'll Do as a Parcel Processor:

• Sort parcels by destination, weight, and service type
• Scan parcels to track movement and processing status
• Weigh and label parcels accurately
• Load and unload parcels from trucks and conveyors
• Operate sorting machines, conveyor belts, RF scanners, and forklifts
• Ensure parcels are securely packed for transport
• Maintain a clean and organized processing area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs
• Assist with rewrapping damaged parcels and other assigned tasks
