We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse with IBCLC certification to work as a Lactation Services & Parent Education Coordinator. This role partners closely with the Manager of Postpartum/OB Services and plays a key role in advancing quality, education, and patient-centered maternity care.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Postpartum, OB Services, this RN serves as a clinical and operational leader for Lactation Services and Parent Education. The role functions as a clinical resource to nursing staff and interdisciplinary partners, leads quality improvement initiatives, and ensures evidence-based, compliant, and high-quality care delivery across OB Services.

Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$108,180.00 - $124,342.00 - $147,097.00
