Park Aide – Gate House for our client in
Pollock Pines,95726. This is a

Position Title: Park Aide – Gate House
Location: Pollock Pines, CA, and 95726/Sly Park Recreation Area (SPRA) / Jenkinson Lake
Duration: could be through rest of spring/summer (May vary Extendable)
Pay Range : $16.90 - $17.65
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with gatehouse operations, including managing entry and exit points at the park.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and assisting visitors as needed.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle money with accuracy.
- Direct traffic and ensure smooth flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Assist in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the park area.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing weather conditions and job responsibilities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months of experience working with customers and operating a cash register.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and use arms to direct traffic for extended periods of time.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record .
- CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
- Must possess the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and use arms for directing traffic and assisting customers.
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions, including inclement weather.
Work Environment:
- Field environment: outdoor work may expose you to sun, rain, and other weather elements.
