About the Role:
The Park Attendant will work at Hester Park and help support a wide range of operations including customer service, maintenance, and groundskeeping. This is a hands-on role with a variety of tasks that keep our parks safe, clean, and welcoming.
Work Schedule: Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Alternating shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment including mowers, tractors, loaders, boat motors, pickup trucks, UTVs, dump trucks, and hand tools
Perform grounds maintenance, mowing, and facility cleaning
Provide excellent customer service to park guests and support partner organizations using the park
Assist with special event setup, operation, and cleanup
Follow safety and park operation procedures
Lift and carry moderate to heavy items (50-100 lbs), and remain physically active throughout shifts
This job is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
