About Us
For over 25 years, Parker-Anderson Enrichment has been transforming after-school time into meaningful learning experiences for students across Los Angeles County, Inland Empire, San Diego, and Ventura County. Your Impact
- As an After School Study Skills Instructor, you'll be the highlight of students' days!
What You'll Do
- Supervise and ensure the safety of a group of elementary students. (Student ratio is 1:20, except Kinder, which is 1:10)
- Lead fun and educational activities focusing on building study, leadership, and general academic skills.
- Support social-emotional growth through positive classroom management.
- Assist with daily routines such as snack time, transitions, and clean-up.
- Communicate positively with staff and site coordinators.
- Drive to different school sites with provided materials
- Communicate professionally with our supportive internal team
- Most importantly: HAVE FUN and inspire kids!

Location & Schedule
- Serving Oxnard
- Hours Vary (Part-Time): Up to 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 12-6 PM
- Required Availability: 5 days per week: M, T, Th, F 2-6 PM and Wednesday 12-6PM
- Mandatory in-person orientation, date TBA
