Overview

Job Summary:

The Parking Account Lead is responsible for overseeing daily parking operations for an assigned account, ensuring smooth valet and self-parking services while delivering exceptional customer service. This role serves as the on-site supervisor, leading frontline parking staff, supporting valet operations, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and customers.

Pay:  $24.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 

 

Shift:  Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily parking and valet operations for assigned account
  • Lead, train, and support parking attendants and valet staff to ensure service standards are met
  • Oversee valet operations, including vehicle flow, key control, and safety procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly
  • Safely operate customer vehicles, including manual (stick shift) transmissions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
  • Utilize computer systems to manage reports, schedules, parking logs, and operational data
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or corrective feedback as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members
  • Assist with payroll timekeeping, scheduling, and coverage as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold service standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Required prior parking operations experience, including valet service
  • Must be able to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles
  • Strong computer skills, including basic reporting and system navigation
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
