Reporting to the Parking & Transportation Manager this position will assist in the daily operation of the Parking Office at Parking Structure 3 by completing supporting functions as assigned by the Parking & Transportation Manager.
Minimum Education and Experience
High school or GED and 6 months or more of customer service experience with the ability to handle conflicts with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Must be able to work assigned hours. Shift will be a total of nine hours with a one-hour lunch included. Hours vary from 8:00am - 5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 10:00am -7:00pm, 12:00pm - 9:00pm, and 2:00 pm - 11:00pm, but schedule will be set for 3-6 months in advance.
The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate to very loud. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or run.
