Parking Attendant Supervisor

One Federal Solution is seeking a motivated Parking Attendant Supervisor to support our Government client in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of parking operations across designated parking facilities.

Parking Attendant Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily parking operations and ensure proper staffing coverage across all parking facilities.
• Train staff on established procedures, coordinate work schedules, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve operational issues.
• Direct vehicle parking, relocate vehicles as needed, and position or remove barricades to control access to restricted areas.
• Assist customers in locating their vehicles, inspect vehicles for damage, and promptly report any issues.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with Parking Program staff, including immediate reporting of all parking violations.
• Promote positive customer relations by consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
• Perform all duties with professionalism while strictly adhering to vehicle safety and customer service policies.

Parking Attendant Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in parking operations.
• Active Secret Clearance
• Valid driver’s license with at least three (3) years of driving experience.
• Acceptable driving record, including:
• • No more than one (1) safety violation or at-fault accident within the past twelve (12) months, and no more than two (2) within the past three (3) years.
  • No more than three (3) points currently on driving record.
  • No DUI or DWI offenses within the past five (5) years.
• Must pass pre-employment and periodic drug screenings with no negative results.
