Parking Attendant

SUMMARY: Responsible for effectively directing motor and foot traffic in the Casino parking areas, for Guests and Team Members safety.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)

• Assists Guests promptly and courteously by safely directing their vehicles through the parking areas.
• Directs Guest and Team Members, where necessary, to park in designated areas.
• Ensures a maximum level of Guest service and satisfaction is achieved.
• Keeps regularly informed of Casino activities and events in order to respond to Guest enquiries.
• Greets Guests and Team Members in a cordial and pleasant manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
