Parking Attendants

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to customers when they arrive and leave.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exhibit strong guest service and a positive attitude at all times, greeting all arriving and departing guests
• Park cars in a safe, organized, and timely manner
• Remain in staging area regardless of weather, waiting for guests to need their car to be parked or retrieved
• Return to the front of the hotel in a safe and timely manner after a park or pull
• Provide claim check and instruct customers on how to reclaim vehicle
• Provide travel directions and information to customers when necessary
• Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports of departmental activities and status including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements and conditions
• Obey all traffic laws on and off property

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work outdoors during different seasons
• Strong driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
