Assist Campus Services Manager in supervision and training student enforcement staff, parking events management, and assisting with parking enforcement. Parking is an around the clock operation that requires close monitoring and training of student staff and coordination of staffing and resources for special event parking. Must be able to work nights and one weekend shift.

Job Duties:

  • Student staff development to include assisting with hiring, schedule coordinating, training, and coaching.

  • Ensuring a strong experienced staff for the academic year.

  • Ensuring parking vehicles are monitored for damage, cleanliness, and necessary maintenance.

  • Responsible for reviewing and approving student enforcement timecards.

  • Patrol campus for parking violations and take necessary enforcement action.

  • Enforce permits, meter and other violations and issue citations.

  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of University of New Hampshire parking regulations. Be familiar with contemporary parking issues and concerns.

  • Responding to complaint calls and enforcing the winter parking ban, when applicable.

  • Assist with the coordination of staff and resources for special events on campus related to parking.

  • This includes working some events as an attendant and assisting with supervising student staff during the events.

  • Assist Facilities Maintenance Coordinator with parking signage, lot and meter maintenance.

  • Responsible for productivity and performance reporting on all enforcement staff and assessing and carrying out corrective action for student enforcement, in conjunction with the Campus Services manager.

  • Review citation revenue budget projections, and assist in determining benchmarks, and operational strategy for parking enforcement.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Two years of supervisory experience.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and self-prioritize.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office software package (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

  • Must have clean driving record.

  • Employment experience related to parking.

  • Experience in a college/university environment.

Compensation Pay Range:

$17.57 - $28.96
