What Youll Do
Participate in all parking enforcement activities, including event staffing. Supervise a small staff of parking enforcement team members, including preparing schedules, coordinating supplies, and responding to questions. Provide customer service to parking enforcement questions, including answering emails and voice messages. Assist company with booting and towing operations, including vendor coordination and release procedures Assist with hiring and training of enforcement staff on protocols, documentation, and enforcement handhelds
