Position Overview

The Parking Team Lead helps create a welcoming, organized, and efficient arrival experience for guests while leading a team of Parking Lot Attendants. This position supervises an assigned parking crew, provides hands-on leadership and coaching, and ensures vehicles are parked safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of guest service. As one of the first team members guests interact with when they arrive at the resort, the Parking Team Lead sets the tone for a positive guest experience.

Working closely with the Parking Supervisor and Manager, the Team Lead helps coordinate daily parking operations, including crew assignments, traffic flow, equipment, lot preparation, and communication of current conditions and operational information. The role requires strong situational awareness and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy, changing environment while supporting team members and assisting with guest questions, crowd control, and conflict resolution.

This is a highly active, outdoor leadership position that offers the opportunity to work directly with guests and lead a team in the energy of the winter resort environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable taking initiative while working in winter weather and fast-paced conditions. Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for both guests and team members are essential to success in this role.

This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Basic understanding of parking department operational procedures
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Ability to stand and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible work availability
• Available to work weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season
• Reliable transportation for winter road conditions

Compensation:

• Wage: $20.95 - $21.75 Hourly
