Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience working with patients, visitors, or the public is a plus
• Experience assisting individuals with disabilities preferred

Job Duties

• Assist patients and visitors with parking when entering parking facilities
• Maintain control and organization of parking areas
• Transport patients with disabilities between parking locations and clinics or hospitals
• Provide directions and information to patients and visitors
• Keep accurate daily logbooks and parking records
• Monitor access points and report issues as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service in a healthcare environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to assist patients with mobility needs
• Ability to lift, push, or pull light equipment when needed
