Parking Lot Attendant

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Valet Attendant is responsible for safely driving and parking members and guest cars on arrival and retrieving them upon departure. Responsibilities include maintaining and delivering a consistent positive satisfying experience for members, guests, and Associates.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Warmly greeting each member with a smile, accepting vehicles, and driving the cars between the valet loop and the valet parking lot.
• Keeping track of times that club visitors will be returning to their vehicles.
• Running between the valet loop and back parking lot to retrieve cars in a timely manner.
• Carefully driving through a congested parking lot with safety being the primary concern.
• Diffusing member conflict situations with tact and professionalism.
• Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate.
• Active participation in events, programs, meetings, and training.
• Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.

Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days, and evenings.
