We operate on a foundation of Connections and Competence - believing that how we treat people and how well we do our jobs are equally important.Our culture is built on three pillars:Our Actions - What we do daily to build connections and demonstrate competenceOur Opportunities - How we exceed expectations and develop our skillsOur Culture- The shared values that sustain relationships and reinforce excellenceThe Role: Parking ManagerLocation: Roswell, GeorgiaSchedule: 40 hours each week, variable schedule (WEEKENDS REQUIRED)Pay: Pay rate depends on experienceWhat You Will DoGeneral oversight of self-parking and enforcement operations in downtown Roswell including surface lot, street, and garage locationsLead a team of enforcement and parking attendants with a focus on operational and customer service excellence while fostering a productive, cooperative, and inclusive working environment to maximize morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectivenessDevelop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and team membersCreate and maintain staff schedulesConduct interviews and hire associates as neededAttend weekly meetings as neededComplete daily activity reports, weekly revenue reports and depositsImmediate response to reports of accidents, incidents or safety concerns.Conduct coaching, counseling and terminations when appropriate, and ensure accountability in meeting performance expectations.
