Overview
We are hiring Parking Operations Supervisors to support a large, high-volume parking program. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising teams, and ensuring accurate, compliant revenue collection across multiple parking facilities.
This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience managing larger teams in customer-facing, revenue-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of parking garages, surface lots, and on-street parking
- Supervise and lead a team of 7+ parking attendants and frontline staff
- Create and manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and workforce planning
- Ensure accurate revenue collection, reconciliation, and reporting
- Enforce cash handling procedures and internal financial controls
- Conduct audits, inspections, and employee performance evaluations
- Analyze parking utilization and revenue trends to improve operations
- Coordinate logistics for events, peak periods, and traffic management
- Respond to customer concerns, incidents, and service issues
- Maintain safe, clean, and fully operational facilities and equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including law enforcement
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience supervising a team of 7 or more employees
- Experience working in a customer service and/or revenue-driven environment
Preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory or operations leadership experience
- Background in parking operations, facilities, logistics, or revenue collection
- Experience with cash handling, reporting, audits, or financial controls
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using operational or reporting systems/software
