General Summary
Addison Oaks is located 9 miles north of Rochester and 7 miles east of Oxford. We are hiring Contact Station staff to work July - end of October. These part-time positions are limited to 1,000 hours per year with flexible scheduling. Applicants must be available to work weekends and evenings through the end of October.
Compensation: $14.55 per hour
Contact station staff utilize a point-of-sale computer system to process customer service transactions from in person guests or over the phone that include writing permits and tickets for overnight or day use by campers and park patrons.
Under close supervision, summer employees of this beginning level classification have direct interaction with customers at the point of sale, greet and act as hosts to visitors, take reservations, coordinate park entry and complete cash transactions. The employees answer questions, give directions, explain facilities, and assist higher level employees involved in the general maintenance and operations of the County Park facilities. May utilize current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.
