Based in Matagorda Bay, this position is focused on customer service, reservations, cash collections & reconciliations, prepare deposits and facilitate rentals. How You'll Contribute
- Provide outstanding customer service, in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate customer reservations from third party reservation centers.
- Facilitate rental of a variety of watercraft and works with customers for facility and site rentals.
- Collect and count cash deposited at parks in honor boxes.
- Reconcile revenue received against bank deposits on a daily and monthly basis.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels within the retail store.
How You're Qualified
- Two or more years of experience in providing customer service and operation of an electronic Point-Of-Sale System, preferably in a park or hotel setting or relevant experience.
- Driver's license

- Skill in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork.
- Ability to balance and manage competing high priority work demands.
