Position Summary

n

A Youth Lead oversees programs, activities, and interns at each work site. The role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment while promoting positive youth development, behavior management, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

• Supervise and support youth participants during daily activities and programs n
• Drive interns/youth to work sites n
• Monitor behavior and enforce rules, policies, and safety procedures n
• Plan, organize, and lead educational, recreational, and social activities n
• Mentor and guide youth in personal growth, teamwork, and conflict resolution n
• Maintain accurate records, attendance logs, incident reports, and program documentation n
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and supervisor on progress or concerns n
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, behavioral incidents, or crises n
• Ensure facilities and activities comply with organizational and safety standards n
