Position Summary
n
A Youth Lead oversees programs, activities, and interns at each work site. The role focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment while promoting positive youth development, behavior management, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Supervise and support youth participants during daily activities and programs
n
- Drive interns/youth to work sites
n
- Monitor behavior and enforce rules, policies, and safety procedures
n
- Plan, organize, and lead educational, recreational, and social activities
n
- Mentor and guide youth in personal growth, teamwork, and conflict resolution
n
- Maintain accurate records, attendance logs, incident reports, and program documentation
n
- Communicate with parents, guardians, and supervisor on progress or concerns
n
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, behavioral incidents, or crises
n
- Ensure facilities and activities comply with organizational and safety standards
n
