Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. One year of supervisory, managerial and/or administrative experience to include maintenance, operations and/or recreation programming within a park and recreation system or related field is required. Must possess a valid Florida Driver s License. Must successfully complete the Department of Children and Families Childcare Training within the first nine (9) months of the probationary period. Must be able to work weekdays, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. Additional supervisory, managerial and/or administrative experience to include maintenance, operations and/or recreation programming within a park and recreation system or related field may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Applicants will be subject to a Level 2 Background clearance prior to employment start date.

This position is responsible for providing supervision and leadership to staff. Promotes ongoing and future programming. Prepares monthly reports on park operations and utilization.
Analyzes and coordinates the maintenance requirements of the buildings/grounds. Meets with neighborhood organizations. Location - North & South Areas.
