The Role
Schedule: Part-time inpatient rounding of 15-20 patients in a step down unit (1 day per weekend).
Additional Work: Can work more if you would like.
Location: In-person rounding at skilled nursing facilities in Parsippany, NJ.
Duties: Assess patients, create care plans, and collaborate with facility teams.
Pay: $25,000 - $30,000 annually (Fee-for-service with uncapped earning potential and shared savings bonuses).
