Volt is immediately hiring a Parts Finisherfor an ITAR-certified 3D printing manufacturing company in Carlsbad.As a Parts Finisher you willJob Description Day-to-Day Responsibilities Sort builds and jobs while ensuring accurate part counts. Install part inserts as required. Enter inspection and production data into the QA database. Work closely with MJF Supervisors and Program Expeditors. Follow detailed work instructions outlined on Job Sheets. Visually inspect parts for defects and quality issues. Reject non-conforming parts and document findings as needed. Ensure all jobs are delivered to the QC and Shipping departments on time. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.This is a Full-Time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have Required Skills & Qualifications Previous production or manufacturing experience. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to read understand and follow detailed work instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with employees across departments. Strong data entry and typing skills. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in quality control or inspection. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with production tracking or QA databases. Experience working in an ITAR-regulated facility.
