Pro Resources is partnering with a well-established international manufacturing company in Indianapolis to hire a Part Sales & Shipping Clerk. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you'll become a permanent employee of the company from day one.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while coordinating parts sales, order processing, and shipping activities. What You'll Do
  • Assist customers by phone and email with parts inquiries, quotes, and order updates
  • Research pricing and availability with suppliers and vendors
  • Prepare customer quotes and process purchase orders
  • Enter and manage orders using ERP software (Epicor experience is a plus)
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments
  • Prepare shipping documents, freight paperwork, and customs documentation
  • Schedule freight pickups and communicate with transportation providers
  • Receive, verify, package, and prepare parts for shipment
  • Track orders from quote through delivery using Excel and internal systems
  • Work closely with customers, vendors, accounting, and internal departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a professional office, customer service, parts sales, shipping/logistics, or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • ERP/Epicor experience is a plus
  • Manufacturing or industrial office experience preferred
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career
