Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $27.25/hour - $40.87/hour
The posted salary range represents the full range for this position. Starting compensation is typically offered within the lower to mid portion of the range, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Offers at the higher end of the range are reserved for candidates with highly relevant experience and a strong alignment to the role requirements.

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
In general, this position is responsible for delivering a pleasant and satisfying experience to our customers. These services are delivered via a combination of phone, email, web, and walk-ins. The hours of coverage are a 24 hour response to urgent / AOG (Aircraft on Ground) needs. The normal department hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. ON CALL duties are required for AOG customer phone support.
Employees may be asked to travel, on occasion, to various customer locations both domestically and internationally, along with customer location visits.
