No prior healthcare experience required — paid training provided.

Position Details:

Location: Canton, OH

Schedule: One week ON Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday- next week ON Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (switch every week)- Hours are flexible; will be discussed with Manager

Status: Part-Time

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Must pass background check
  • Must pass a drug screen/ TB test
  • Immunization records required
  • Flu and COVID vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Medical Equipment DisinfectionTechnician, you will help ensure the availability, cleanliness, and proper handling of medical equipment used throughout the healthcare facility.

  • Perform daily rounds to collect soiled medical equipment from hospital department
  • Clean and disinfect equipment according to manufacturer Instructions for Use (IFU) and facility infection prevention guidelines
  • Tag and return clean equipment to designated areas for patient use
  • Partner with hospital staff to ensure equipment availability and appropriate par levels
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and PPE requirements
  • Maintain organized and professional work areas
  • Respond to equipment requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff, management, and fellow team members
