Part-time/2nd shift - Front Desk Guest Service Agent - NEW HOTEL

A brand new Hampton by Hilton in East Peoria is officially hiring!

We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent to join our new team!

This is a Part-time, 2nd shift position.  Must have weekend availability.  

We would love for you to be a part of the new Hampton by Hilton opening in May 2026!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (nice to have but not required).
• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
