Part-Time Activities Assistant
Location: Magnolias of Lancaster – Lancaster, PA
Pay: Starting at $15.60 per hour Magnolias of Lancaster is looking for a fun, energetic, and compassionate Part-Time Activities Assistant to help create meaningful experiences for our residents. This position offers a very flexible schedule based on your availability, including every other weekend. Candidates may also be asked to assist with resident care as needed. Responsibilities - Assist with planning and leading engaging group and one-on-one activities
- Encourage resident participation and social interaction
- Help set up and clean up activities and special events
- Support the Life Stages Director with daily programming
- Provide personal care assistance when needed

Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with activities, recreation, caregiving, or working with seniors preferred
- Creative, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
