We're seeking a friendly, highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Training Manager. In this role, you'll handle travel coordination, training registrations, and the logistics that keep our training programs running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone with a customer service background who communicates clearly, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a remote, part-time environment.

This role is remote in Dallas, TX, but requires onsite visits every other week to the office. 8-10 hours per week total.

Description:

  • Coordinate flight bookings and manage itineraries for trainers and attendees.
  • Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to secure cost-effective, compliant travel options.
  • Track travel confirmations, changes, and reimbursements as needed.
  • Manage training registrations (invitations, sign-ups, confirmations, reminders).
  • Maintain accurate attendee lists and support pre? and post?session communications.
  • Assist with calendar scheduling, session links, and materials distribution.
  • Prepare and update simple reports, trackers, and documentation.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain organized records in shared drives and collaboration tools.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly, professional, and personable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow?through.
  • Comfortable coordinating travel and working with travel agencies/vendors.
  • Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets (e.g., Outlook/Google Calendar, Excel/Sheets).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work 8-10 hours per week
Compensation:
  • $22/hr
  • FGP offers contract employees benefits including minimum essential coverage insurance, a fixed indemnity plan and a 401k retirement plan once eligibility requirements are met
