Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay: $20$25/hr
Hours: Part-time to start
3 days per week, flexible schedule
Approximately 5 hours per day, 15 hours per week
Hours may increase as the company continues to grow
Start Date: As soon as possible
What Youll Do:
- Provide administrative support to help keep daily operations organized and on track
- Assist with computer-based tasks, documentation, and office coordination
- Use tools such as SharePoint and GHL to support office workflow
- Help with general office needs as the role grows
- Potentially assist with billing, collecting payments, insurance payments, HR-related tasks, and other business support duties over time
- Communicate with team members and help support a fast-growing company
What Youll Bring:
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with SharePoint and GHL
- Comfort working independently and staying on task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for stretches of time
- Willingness to grow with the role and take on additional responsibilities
- Comfort working around a dog
- Previous administrative, billing, bookkeeping, HR support, or small business office experience is a plus
