Job Title: Administrative Assistant Pay: $20–$25/hr Hours: Part-time to start
3 days per week, flexible schedule
Approximately 5 hours per day, 15 hours per week
Hours may increase as the company continues to grow
Start Date: As soon as possible What You’ll Do:
  • Provide administrative support to help keep daily operations organized and on track
  • Assist with computer-based tasks, documentation, and office coordination
  • Use tools such as SharePoint and GHL to support office workflow
  • Help with general office needs as the role grows
  • Potentially assist with billing, collecting payments, insurance payments, HR-related tasks, and other business support duties over time
  • Communicate with team members and help support a fast-growing company
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with SharePoint and GHL
  • Comfort working independently and staying on task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for stretches of time
  • Willingness to grow with the role and take on additional responsibilities
  • Comfort working around a dog
  • Previous administrative, billing, bookkeeping, HR support, or small business office experience is a plus
