Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Pay: $20$25/hr
Hours: Part-time to start
3 days per week, flexible schedule
Approximately 5 hours per day, 15 hours per week
Hours may increase as the company continues to grow
Start Date: As soon as possible
What Youll Do:
Provide administrative support to help keep daily operations organized and on track
Assist with computer-based tasks, documentation, and office coordination
Use tools such as SharePoint and GHL to support office workflow
Help with general office needs as the role grows
Potentially assist with billing, collecting payments, insurance payments, HR-related tasks, and other business support duties over time
Communicate with team members and help support a fast-growing company
What Youll Bring:
Strong organizational skills
Experience with SharePoint and GHL
Comfort working independently and staying on task
Strong attention to detail
Ability to sit and work at a computer for stretches of time
Willingness to grow with the role and take on additional responsibilities
Comfort working around a dog
Previous administrative, billing, bookkeeping, HR support, or small business office experience is a plus
