Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week
Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $20-25/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant with a general logistics and shipping background. This role supports day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, shipping activities, and communication with suppliers and delivery services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, stay organized without constant supervision, and communicate professionally with vendors and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery services
- Follow up on parts orders, shipment statuses, and delivery timelines
- Track and provide updates on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with shipping and packaging processes
- Work with carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other freight/shipping providers
- Schedule pickups and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain organized records, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Communicate updates internally regarding order status and logistics activity
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative assistant or logistics coordination experience preferred
- General knowledge of shipping, packaging, and carrier systems (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with vendors, suppliers, and customers by phone and email
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Detail-oriented with good follow-through
- Basic computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, and office software
- Dependable, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities without close supervision
