The Administrative Assistant is the office manager, secretary, bookkeeper, and receptionist. Duties include, but are not limited to answering phone, clerical and bookkeeping duties, office supplies manager, and operating as staff support for three full-time employees. This is a part time position (19 hours per week) without benefits. Full understanding of both written and verbal instructions Excellent verbal communication skills necessary Fluent reading Ability to hear 20/20 vision with corrective eyewear Complex computational skills (accounting and finance, training available if needed) Must tell time to the minute Mobility within the building and within a four-block radius Driving required Lift between 10-30 lbs Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook are a plus Upon hiring, acquiring and maintaining a basic level of traffic safety education is required in order to competently answer questions and/or determine who/where to refer inquiries Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
