Provide day-to-day admin support to management and staff
Answer and route calls, emails, and other communications
Manage calendars and schedule meetings via Outlook
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports
Handle data entry, filing, and document management
Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoices
Monitor and order office supplies
Prepare agendas and materials for meetings
Support special projects and deadlines
Help maintain an organized, efficient office
Calendar and appointment management
Meeting scheduling
Email management
Document prep and recordkeeping
Data entry and database maintenance
Office organization
Project follow-up
Filing confidential records
Managing supplies/inventory
Greeting visitors
Mail distribution
Supporting daily operations
1+ year in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written/verbal communication
High accuracy and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working independently and on a team
Professional, discreet demeanor
QuickBooks experience a plus
High school diploma required; additional training a plus
