Position Summary
The After-School Teacher Aide supports the Lead Teacher in supervising and engaging school-age children in structured activities that promote learning, creativity, and positive social interaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children during after-school hours Assist with homework support and tutoring Help organize recreational and educational activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Support positive behavior and social development Build respectful and supportive relationships with children and families Follow Foundations Learning Academy policies and safety procedures

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working with children preferred Must pass criminal background and central registry check CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
