Part-Time AP/AR Specialist

This is a part-time temporary position up to 30 hours. As the AP/AR Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, and expenses.


Key Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing and Account Receivables, Bank Reconciliations
• Code, enter, and verify vendor invoices against POs
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain vendor files and support month-end AP close processes
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues

Requirements

3+ years of recent AP/AR experience
