Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time)

Our client is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with invoice review, payment processing, and approval workflows in QuickBooks Online. Salary is $45-$48k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST



  • Accounts Payable Specialist will review and verify invoices entered via AvidXChange

  • Accounts Payable Specialist will post and approve invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

  • Download unpaid reports and process payments through Nelio

  • Work with the Finance Director on high-value approvals


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST



  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required

  • Tech-savvy with ERP or accounting software experience

  • Familiarity with AvidXChange a plus, but NOT a must
