We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Assistant to support our team. Responsibilities:
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
Support project planning and workflow management, ensuring deadlines are met.
Utilize communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Contribute to marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media management.
Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Assist with sales related activities, such as preparing presentations and reports.
Apply creativity to develop engaging content and visual materials.
Demonstrate detail-oriented approach in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Contribute to teamwork by assisting with various projects and tasks.
Effectively manage time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of communication principles.
General knowledge of customer service best practices.
Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and time management.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
