The Associate, Grower Communications & Marketing supports grower engagement and communication efforts through the development of high-quality marketing materials, executive communications, presentations, and event support. This role serves as a key partner to the COO and Grower Relations leadership, helping translate business priorities, harvest updates, and strategic initiatives into clear, compelling communications for growers, company leadership, and ownership.
The Associate is responsible for creating and coordinating grower communication content and materials, executive presentations, and communication campaigns that strengthen alignment, reinforce key messages, and support a positive grower experience. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop messaging, and ensure communications are accurate, timely, and professionally executed.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, storyteller, project manager, and communicator who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple priorities.
Communications & Content Development
- Develop and coordinate grower communication materials, including newsletters, letters, updates, seasonal messaging, harvest communications, and other engagement content for distribution by Grower Relations leadership and team members
- Draft communications and talking points on behalf of the COO and Grower Relations leadership
- Serve as the primary content developer for grower communications while partnering with Grower Relations leadership on distribution and delivery
- Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, audience-appropriate, and aligned with business priorities
- Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual presentation across grower communications
- Translate complex operational or business information into clear, engaging, and actionable communications
Executive Presentations & Storytelling
- Develop presentations, reports, and executive-ready materials for senior leadership, ownership groups, and grower meetings
- Create compelling narratives that communicate business updates, strategic initiatives, harvest progress, and grower-related topics
- Support the COO in preparing for presentations, meetings, and key stakeholder engagements
- Coordinate inputs from multiple departments and synthesize information into concise, visually effective presentations
Marketing & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Marketing, Grower Relations, Operations, Plant teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and align communications
- Coordinate communication calendars, campaigns, and project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Support the execution of grower engagement initiatives and marketing programs
- Serve as a reliable cross-functional partner to ensure messaging is aligned across teams
Event & Meeting Support
- Support execution of grower meetings, educational sessions, annual meetings, and special events as needed
- Coordinate event communications, presentation materials, agendas, and attendee resources
- Provide onsite communication and marketing support during events, meetings, and grower gatherings
- Assist with post-event communications, recaps, and follow-up materials
Project Management
- Manage multiple communication and marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholder feedback throughout project lifecycles
- Ensure communication materials are reviewed, approved, and distributed through appropriate channels
Education
- Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, content development, event coordination, or related fields
- Experience developing executive presentations and communication materials for leadership audiences
- Strong writing, editing, presentation design, and project management skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in agriculture, food production, consumer products, or other operationally complex industries preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or related design tools preferred

Pay Range: $38.00 - $40.00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience
