Position Summary: Position Description: Hawk Techs provide student support services that directly affect student success at the college by offering individualized assistance for various academic technology tools. This assistance is available to students in person and online. Job Duties: Manage computer technology in the library. Provide direct student technical support while ensuring a professional and service-oriented approach.
