PART-TIME AUTISM SERVICES OFFICE MANAGER
Newaygo County Mental Health is seeking an organized, resourceful, and people-focused professional to join our Autism Services team as a Part-Time Autism Services Office Manager. This position will provide administrative and operational leadership for our Autism Center located in Fremont, Michigan, helping ensure that staff have the support, scheduling, and resources needed to provide high-quality services to children and families.
The Autism Services Office Manager will work in partnership with the Autism Coordinator/BCBA. The Office Manager will oversee the ABA behavior technician staffing (including schedules), administrative duties, and day-to-day operational functions of the Autism Center, while the Autism Coordinator/BCBA will retain responsibility for clinical oversight, ABA programming, and clinical supervision of both the ABA techs as well as other clinical staff.
Position Summary
The Autism Services Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Autism Center and provides administrative supervision and support to Behavior Technicians. This position coordinates staff and client scheduling, staffing coverage, vehicle scheduling, HR-related processes, onboarding, attendance, and other operational needs of the program.
The Office Manager will work closely with the Autism Coordinator/BCBA to ensure that operational and clinical needs are coordinated while allowing the Autism Coordinator to focus primarily on the clinical direction and quality of Autism Services.

Autism Services Office Manager
Provides administrative and operational oversight, including staffing, scheduling, attendance, HR processes, office operations, and non-clinical employee performance.
Autism Coordinator/BCBA
Provides clinical leadership and supervision, including ABA programming, treatment planning, clinical training and competency, clinical performance, and quality of services.
The two positions work collaboratively to support staff and ensure effective, high-quality Autism Services.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and must be able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment where schedules and staffing needs may change quickly.
Previous experience in supervision, office or program management, human resources, staff scheduling, healthcare, behavioral health, or a related setting is preferred.
The successful candidate must also demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive employee and client information appropriately, work independently, and develop positive working relationships with employees, families, leadership, and community partners.
Proficiency with computers and common office software and a valid Michigan driver's license are required.

This is a part-time position, up to 30 hours per week, primarily based at the Newaygo County Mental Health Autism Center in Fremont, Michigan. Some flexibility in scheduling may be needed to respond to staffing and program needs.
