About the RoleWe are seeking friendly, detail-oriented Bank Tellers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Bank Teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in creating a positive banking experience while handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with banking needs
• Accurately process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check cashing
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accuracy throughout the day
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate bank products or services
• Resolve routine customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all banking regulations, policies, and security procedures
• Support branch operations and work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation required
• Previous customer service, cash handling, or banking experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn banking systems

Schedule & Availability

• Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Must be available for some Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
