What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs delivering direct ABA services
- Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment reports in a timely manner
- Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and insurance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible for NJ licensure
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable with a flexible, part-time caseload
- Experience with insurance-based ABA services is a plus
