BDC Representative (Part-Time)

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday | Flexible between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (24 hours/week)
Pay: $17/hour
Position Type: Evaluation Hire (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local automotive dealership in Fort Myers to hire a Part-Time BDC Representative.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with customers, managing leads, and supporting a busy sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers-helping create a strong first impression and driving business to the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate appointments for sales and service departments
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
  • Confirm appointments and provide reminders to customers
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
