Part-Time Bi-Lingual Administrative Assistant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Will greet all employees, contractors and visitors at the front window and help them with the correct resource/s for questions and concerns2. Will answer telephones, respond to requests, deliver messages, and run errands3. Will process employee photos, distribute name badges and parking decals4. Will maintain Contingent staffing hires/separations in SAP5. Will maintain Contingent staffing org unit positions in SAP6. Will maintain RFID software 7. Will maintain conference room calendars to coordinate interviews/meetings8. Will maintain work programs and contractors in Phiferweb/LMS9. Will maintain Phifer employee service anniversaries and print seniority badges10. Will scan Phifer employee documents into HR File Server11. Will assist with distributing Contingent staffing checks12. Will add visitors and contractors to Ignition calendar as needed13. Will prepare new hire binders and charge tablets for New Hire Onboarding 14. Will translate company materials to Spanish for Onscreen, Safety/Product Lines, and other needs that may arise15. Will verbally interpret for Spanish-speaking employees that require assistance16. Will update and maintain HR Job Procedure Manual17. Will distribute mail by assembling, mailing, faxing, and/or emailing correspondence18. Will be able to perform functions in Microsoft OfficeNON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. May receive and respond to information or questions from departments2. May cover for Human Resources staff as needed*This position requires bi-lingual capability as well as written translation from English to Spanish.*Hours are Monday-Friday 11am-5pm
