Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote) — Immediate Opening

We're looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to step into a well-established role. Our long-time bookkeeper recently retired, leaving clean, well-maintained books — this is a maintain-and-run seat, not a cleanup project.

Details

  • ~10 hours/week, fully remote
  • Immediate start

What you'll do

  • Maintain the books in QuickBooks
  • Generate monthly financial statements
  • Handle light A/R collections
  • Manage online payments

What we're looking for

  • Solid QuickBooks experience
  • Comfortable working independently and owning a monthly close
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
