PART-TIME BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Reynolds Subaru – Lyme, CT

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated person to join our team as a Part-Time Business Development Representative (BDC).

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a positive team environment.

What You’ll Do:• Contact customers by phone, text, and email• Help customers schedule service appointments• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming maintenance• Answer basic questions and assist with appointment needs• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information• Work closely with our Service Advisors and Service Department• Help create an excellent customer experience from the very first contact

What We’re Looking For:• Friendly and professional communication skills• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone• Dependable and organized• Basic computer skills• Positive attitude and willingness to learn• Customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!

PART-TIME HOURS

Flexible part-time scheduling available. Possible full-time hours available in the future

Automotive experience is NOT required.
